A new sponsorship line was thrown out in the fall of 2013. Within a short amount of time there were more than enough bites to see that members were interested in helping promote events, as well as promoting their business, through new HBAGS sponsorships. In retrospect, the new sponsorships for 2013 were a huge success for both the Hosted Networking Events and the Major Event Sponsorships. As with the introduction of new software or a new operating system, there is always room for improvement and even a bug here and there needing to be exterminated. Your HBA will continue to enhance the sponsorships in order to make them as good, fair and valuable as possible.
Networking Event Sponsorship Opportunities
The 2014 calendar for HBA Hosted Networking Events is almost already filled with only January, March, July and November still available (as of September 23, 2013). In the case that a member calls to request a date and it is no longer available, they will be placed on a waiting list or another date will be offered in its place. Due to the interest in sponsoring and hosting the Networking Events April has been moved from a General Membership Event to a Hosted Networking Event. At this time 2014 looks something like this:

Major Event Sponsorship Opportunities
For 2014 the Major Event Sponsorship Opportunities have now been expanded for more members to be able to capitalize on the success and reputation of HBA of Greater Springfield Events.
Now HBA Members can sponsor a portion of an even or become the main Event Sponsor for the Home Show or the Home Remodeling Show. Sign up for any of these new sponsorships:
- Event Sponsor – Logo and/or company name on TV, radio, print and online event marketing (HBA Associate Members Only).
- Ticket Sponsor – Company logo or promotion on the back of event tickets.
- Bag Sponsor – Your bags distributed at the ticket taking area.
- Arrow Sponsor – Placement of eight arrows allowed on the floor for Home Show and six arrows for the Home Remodeling Show.
