Aaron commenced his career as a high school math teacher, but his entrepreneurial spirit led him to venture into home building during nights and weekends while teaching. The challenges of the 2008 Great Recession redirected his path temporarily, but not permanently. In 2015, armed with his tools in the back of his Toyota 4Runner, he founded Ozarks Remodeling & Design. Driven by a constant desire for growth and improvement, Aaron discovered the perfect fit for his aspirations in Alair in 2023. This transformative journey led him to share the opportunity with his close friend, Travis Miller. As discussions unfolded, the decision to join forces became clear, creating a synergy that enhances their business for clients and team members alike.
