After reviewing results from our Parade of Home surveys we created a new ala carte pricing structure that includes virtual home tours as well as in-person tours. Check out the pricing below or download the entry form and guidelines pdf for all the details.

Parade of Homes Ala Carte Pricing

Early Bird Pricing – By July 22nd

Single Parade Home = $1,250

Second Parade Home = $650

Third Parade Home = $350

Fourth Parade Home = Call for special pricing

Additional Homes within a 2 mile radius = Call for super special pricing

Remodeled Home = Call to discuss your remodel project & pricing. Available for virtual or In-Person.

Pricing After July 22nd Expand

Single Parade Home = $2,000

Second Parade Home = $750

Third Parade Home = $450

Fourth Parade Home = Call

Remodeled Home = Call to discuss the extend of your remodel project and pricing

Virtual 360º Parade Home Expand Virtual 360º Home Tour = $550 per home
(Remodeled home 360º Tours also welcome)

In addition to a 360 of your home this includes a robust page exclusively for your parade home promoted as part of the 2021 Parade of Homes.

This Virtual 360 can be a stand alone or it can be an addition to your In-Person Parade Home.

Photography Expand

Parade Home Professional Photography = $175 per home

15 web resolution professional photos to be taken by HBA member Dwell Images. In addition to this being a bargain, we recommend utilizing this service for consistency

If supplying your own photos there must be a minimum of 10 professional quality pics including interior and exterior.

High resolution photos available at an additional cost.

Social Media Boost Expand

Facebook Ad Boost = $25

For additional exposure we will include an ad boost on Facebook. You may choose from the video produces by the HBA, photos, virtual 360º page of your Parade or post about your Parade Home.
