HBA Home Show Super Volunteers 2020

We want to thank all the great volunteers that helped make the 2020 HBA Home Show a success. We had a really good showing of volunteers for ticket sales, information desk and ticket taking as well as driving the vendor shuttle and working the Kid Pro Zone.

First, we want to give a little extra thank you to those that went above and beyond volunteering this year. This is purely a subjective selection based on what the HBA staff saw as going “above and beyond.” Many were right at the edge of receiving this additional honor, but we had to draw the line somewhere.

ABOVE AND BEYOND – SUPER VOLUNTEERS

  • Adam Brown, Cody Brown, Steve Brown, Carre Brown, Bryan Lawrence, Mercedes Liar – Wildman Plumbing
    (Took control of the Kid Pro Zone and made it awesome! See more later in a separate post covering the Kid Pro Zone)
  • Lea Hendrix  & Tiffany Amass – Erica Lee Design Studios
    (Helped a lot from shuttle driver to the front line)
  • Vanessa Scavuzzo – HM Risk
    (New member that stepped up and put in some extra volunteer time)
  • Greg Adkins – The Adkins Family Group at Reece Nichols Estate
    (As always – Greg keeps the front line running from ticket sales to info desk – Greg Rocks!)
  • Jill Vincel – Southern Supply
    (Many hours spent keeping the 300 section in line during setup as well as helping with ticket sales)
  • Jacob Johnson – Cabinet Concepts by Design
    (Extra time driving the vendor shuttle in the cold – Ironman award!)
  • Dalton Krawczyk – Mouery’s Flooring
    (Anywhere there was a need – Dalton was willing to assist with a great attitude and fun spirit)
  • Matt Ruwwe – The Carpet Shoppe
    (When a spouse of a member employee steps in and puts hours in volunteering they deserve some applause)
