All requests for sponsorships must be submitted via email or in writing before Nov. 14th for a guarantee to be in the running. Verbal or nondefinitive commitments will not be accepted as a request. After Nov. 14th, if there are no definitive requests, the sponsorships will be open as first come first served. If submission withdrawn after Nov 14th a fee equal to 25% of the sponsorship will be required. Ask for details about selection process.

Sanitization Station Sponsorships Expand

Your HBA needs your help in helping keep hands clean at the 2021 HBA Home Show. Currently we have plans for approximately 18 sanitization stations throughout the EXPO Center (6 stations per Hall).

Details:

Hall 100 – $300
Your logo featured on 4-6 hand sanitization stations in the 100 Hall. Hall 200 – $250
Your logo featured on 3-4 hand sanitization stations in the 200 Hall. Hall 300 – $250
Your logo featured on 3-4 hand sanitization stations in the 300 Hall. Mezzanine – $250
Your logo featured on two hand sanitization stations on the mezzanine.

Your HBA provides:

  • Bistro tables
  • Sanitization Station signs with your company logo

Optional:

  • Individual hand sanitizer bottles
  • Hand wipes

 

 

Mask Sponsorship Expand

Details:

Mask Sponsorship = $2,500
First 100 visitors receive branded masks each day. 100 additional for sponsor to distribute.

Your HBA provides:

  • Personalized face masks (your logo + HBA logo)
  • Generic medical masks
  • Sponsorship signage where masks available

For the health and safety of visitors and vendors the HBA will be handing out personalized face masks with your logo and the HBA logo at the entrance to the first 100 visitors each day and regular medical masks for any visitor that comes without a mask.
