The Proclamation Ceremony kicked of the Salute to Construction festivities on Tuesday, October 27 at the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce. The Salute is 25 years old! The Banquet takes place on Thursday, November 5. Tickets are available from the HBA — act now because today (Monday, Nov. 2) they are $25 but as of tomorrow (Tuesday, Nov. 3), they are $35.
