The HBA of Greater Springfield is honored to be hosting the Regional Leadership Conference on November 14 & 15 this year. This 2019 conference will be held at the Oasis Hotel & Convention Center (2546 N Glenstone Ave, Springfield, MO).
Leader from all around the region (Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Arkansas & Missouri) are invited to attend this two day conference full of useful info and fun. Please check out the schedule – it is two days, but only two half days so you can stay on top of work responsibilities. We welcome HBA staff and HBA members that are in leadership positions or are on track to become our future leaders (Emerging Leaders).
Day one we will kick off by Dealing with Differences. This will include a DISC behavioral assessment to gain insight into leadership styles while learning to embrace differences.
