The Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association of Greater Springfield meets monthly on the second Tuesday of the month. The first meeting of each year is a full-day schedule that includes not only regular board of directors business, but also an annual board orientation program and planning sessions for the coming year. The January 2011 meeting was moved to the third Tuesday to accommodate the schedules of board members and staff who would be in attendance at the 2011 NAHB International Builders Show and Convention.
