City Utilities Seeks Input from HBA Member Customers

In an effort to continually improve service to customers, City Utilities of Springfield announced last week it will proactively survey customers to learn how best to service their needs.  To aid in this effort City Utilities has retained the services of Opinion Research Specialists to conduct a survey of customers who have requested new service connections. This subset of C.U. customers includes a large portion of customers within the construction industry and from among the membership of the Home Builders Association of Greater Springfield.
