2011-2014 HBA Strategic Planning Begins this Week; Member Input Requested

This week the HBA of Greater Springfield will begin work on developing the fourth comprehensive strategic plan in the organization’s history. Over the last 15 years, the HBA has utilized strategic planning to successfully position the association to best anticipate and meet member and industry needs as they emerge. The HBA’s strategic plans establish key issue areas, goals, objectives and work plans for a three to five year period. The association’s current strategic plan was adopted in 2006. The new plan, scheduled to take effect at the beginning of 2011, will set the HBA’s priorities and direction for years to come.

A critically important part of the strategic planning process is gathering meaningful input from HBA members as the planning team begins its work. Member input and priorities will drive the strategic planning process. All HBA members are invited to participate in the input process by completing the following member survey. Please take a moment to answer the questions included on the survey and to contribute to the future of the HBA of Greater Springfield.
